I’m too old and out of shape… Will this really work for me?

Absolutely! It’s never too late to improve your health. Our oldest client is 82– and she’s getting stronger every week. We tailor everything to your level. Even if you haven’t exercised in decades, we’ll start slow and gentle. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your body responds when workouts are designed correctly for your age and abilities. No judgment – we meet you where you are.

What if I have bad knees, a replaced hip, or other injuries? Is it safe to exercise?

Yes – our entire program is built around safety and your health history. We carefully screen for any injuries or medical conditions and customize movements accordingly. Zack worked under Physical Therapists back at home for over 6 years, and wants to put that knowledge to use. We’ll avoid any exercise that causes pain and instead focus on ones that strengthen around your injury, often reducing your pain in daily life. You’ll always have proper form and supervision, so you’re in good hands.
